Returns

We know you will love your Whoa Baby Boutique item. However, in the unlikely event you need to make a return you may do so within 5 days for a refund. Please notify us of your return prior to shipment as you will be assigned a return ID number. Packages without this number will not be accepted and returned to sender at their cost. Items must be returned unused, with all packaing, tags etc. Custom items and wholesale orders are a final sale! After 5 days you may return your item for store credit only. After 14 days all sales are final.

** Shipping costs are non refundable.

** A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returned

merchandise.

Sale items are a final sale!

Due to the nature of pacifier clips , diaper covers , bibs, burps cloths, monogrammed, custom items and baby spa items they are a final sale no returns or refunds will be made for these items, no execptions.

"Design your own" items ,tutus, pettiskirts, onesie sets and lighting fixtures are custom made at the time of sale therefore there are no returns/refunds on these items unless found to be defective.

There will be no refunds or exchanges on Bling Converse please be sure you choose the correct size. An exchange will be made only if the shoes are found to be defective.
